“In three words: ‘Ritesh is outstanding’. Having worked with mortgage brokers for over 15 years, I thought that when it came to me it would be a fairly straightforward process. However, in this pre-Brexit, post-credit-crunch era, some banks have ‘caps’, especially for those who are self-employed or directors of their own companies.
Having contacted the High Street brokers, I was told that two years of company accounts would be sufficient, only to later find that’s not the case if the SA302s haven’t been submitted.
