Ritesh, CEO and founder of Soul Mortgages, has 19 years' experience in specialist mortgage advice. From a family of property financiers, he arranges UHNW and HNW mortgages through private and investment banks. He specialises in complex cases and structured property finance across both residential and commercial assets, including large-scale and non-standard borrowing that mainstream systems often cannot place. He also advises on mainstream mortgages, so even simpler cases carry the reassurance of specialist expertise, and holds the Certificate in Financing Greener Homes for advising on green mortgages.

Kavitha brings 20 years of experience across property and financial services to Soul Mortgages. She served as a Compliance Manager at Knight Frank Finance and now works with Lloyd's of London syndicates and insurers on contracting roles related to governance and consumer duty. In a non-executive capacity she provides strategic advice, helping strengthen the firm's governance, regulatory standards and long-term direction. She holds a BCom and an MBA, pairing commercial insight with a strong focus on compliance and good client outcomes.

Tony brings over 40 years of experience to Soul Mortgages as a CII Diploma-qualified, freelance compliance consultant in financial services. His clients tend to be adviser firms of various sizes, covering most areas of financial advice to consumers. He is a member of the Association of Professional Compliance Consultants (APCC) and the UK Sustainable Investment and Finance Association (UKSIF), and helps ensure Soul Mortgages meets the highest standards of compliance and consumer duty.
